NOTIFICATION OF A FUTURE STATE-CONTROLLED ROAD

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with sections 42(11) and 42(12) of the Transport Infrastructure Act 1994, that the road (or land), as generally described below, has been notified to Sunshine Coast Regional Council as a future State-controlled road. This notification shall take effect, on and from 23 May 2014 .
