Notice is hereby given that the applicants specified in the Schedule hereto have given notice of their intention to lodge applications for the grant of new liquor licences to the Secretary, Regional Liquor Licensing Offices in respect of premises situated in the local committee area indicated in the Schedule. Notice of applications for transfer of liquor licences in terms of section 43 Notice is hereby given that the applicants specified in the Schedule hereto have given notice of their intention to lodge applications for the transfer of existing liquor licences to the Secretary, Regional Liquor Licensing Offices in respect of premises situated in the local committee area indicated in the Schedule. Comments should be made in writing and be addressed to the municipality concerned and a copy to the applicant, to reach the said addresses within thirty (30) days of this publication. Invitation for public comments in respect of a Liquor Licence in terms of section 43 of the Mpumalanga Liquor Licensing Act, 2006.
