Terms and Conditions of Entry

Entry into the DREAMWORKS Scholastic Colouring in Competition! is deemed an acceptance of the terms and conditions set out below.

Promoter’s name and address The promoter is Scholastic Australia P/L 76–80 Railway Crescent, Lisarow NSW 2250 ABN 11 000 614 577

Eligibility The promotion is open to Australian residents only. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

Duration of promotion The promotion commences on 24 January 2020 and finishes 13 March 2020. The winners will be selected on 16 March 2020.

Method of entry To enter, participants must:

1. Find the Poppy and Branch colouring page on the back of Book Club Issue 1, 2020 or download from the URL site. 2. Give the completed colouring page to your teacher so you can be entered as a class. 3. Class entries can be emailed to [email protected] or alternatively sent to: TROLLS Colouring Competition REPLY PAID 579 GOSFORD NSW 2250

Scholastic asks each entrant under the age of 18 years to seek approval from their parent or guardian before entering the competition. There is only one classroom entry per class.

Judging Judging will take place at the Promoter’s premises on 16 March 2020. (This is a game of skill; chance plays no part in determining the winners.) Each entry will be judged on its creative merit. The judges’ decision in relation to any aspect of the competition will be final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.

Details of Prizes: WIN a private screening for your class to see the DREAMWORKS TROLLS WORLD TOUR movie, in a cinema near your school! Winners will be notified via email or post (depending on entry mechanic) after 16 March 2020.

Prize Description: There is one prize of a Private Cinema Screening of “Dreamworks Trolls World Tour” for the winner in each State. Each screening will be organised at a cinema agreed between the Winner and International Australasia Pty Ltd (the Prize Provider), but based on the location of the winner and shall occur within 8 weeks of the draw date. There must be an appropriate ratio of adults to children at each screening. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. Travel, refreshments and all other costs will be the responsibility of the winner and their guests. Entry to the screenings and cinema shall be subject to the venue’s standard terms and conditions, and the venue reserves the right of refusal of entry.

Please note: Scholastic Australia will not pass on your personal details to any third party. Personal details are only used for the identification of winners.

Postage The promoter will be responsible for co-ordinating the private screening with DreamWorks and the School.

Other All elements of the prize are subject to availability with no cash alternative and the prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. If the prize or portion of the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
