Pre-Requisite CET Colombia is based in Cali, a city with the second largest population of people of African descent in . You None explore the sociopolitical, economic, and artistic conceptions of the African diaspora in Colombia through coursework, Recommended Credits interaction with local roommates, and co-curricular activities that take learning beyond the classroom. Your Traveling Seminar continues conversations YOU MAY ALSO LIKE: from your core course on race in Colombia. Your first stop is Palenque, a former settlement of CET Brazil: Social Justice escaped slaves. Live with a local family, study the CET Brazil: Business ways braiding tells the community’s history, and meet with local farmers. Then, head to Cartagena for a beach day and discussions about the impact of tourism on the Black community.
