Re: ARCA Daytona test dates January 15th and 16th, with the 17th scheduled as a weather contingency date in preparation for the Lucas Oil 200 Driven by General Tire race February 13, 2021.

Pre-Daytona test checklist: • Driver approval documents emailed to Joe Wells [email protected] (must be approved to test at Daytona) • Driver must have an approved physical, HIPAA and drug screen on file with ARCA (physical, HIPAA and drug screen must be dated December 1, 2020 or more recent). • Driver must have applied and paid for a 2021 ARCA Driver license. • Car Owner must have a 2021 ARCA Car Owner license. • Must have a paid entry for the 2021 Daytona race event. • Must have a paid test fee for the Daytona test. • All participants must have a 2021 Assumption of Risk and Waiver and COVID-19 HIPAA forms on file with ARCA. • Registered team owner is responsible to ensure all team documents and fees are transacted prior to going on track. • All fees and documents must be on file with Joe Wells at the ARCA office by Friday January 8th. • Failure to comply will subject driver/team to dismissal from Test.

All credentialing Thursday, Friday, Saturday (and Sunday, if needed) will be located at 2013 Dunn Ave., Daytona Beach, FL. The ARCA Event Operations Protocol credentialing system established in 2020 will be in effect. All Team and Supplier Authorization sheets must be received by Tuesday, January 12th. Fully completed Release and Waiver document with all Team/Supplier personnel signatures required for release of credentials. All protocols observed in 2020 will be in place (face coverings at all times, social distancing, limited essential personnel only, etc.) over the course of the test weekend.

Individuals with no 2021 ARCA license pay $30 for test credential. 2021 ARCA license can be purchased at test Registration/Credentials. Driver licenses and documents not delivered to Joe Wells by Friday January 8th may not be approved/processed for participation in test.

GENERAL INFORMATION • Video capture is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of ARCA. • ARCA exclusively and in perpetuity owns any and all rights to broadcast, transmit, film, tape, capture, overhear, photograph, collect or record by any means, process, medium, or device (including but not limited to television, cable television, radio, pay-per-view, closed circuit television, satellite signal, digital signal, film productions, audiotape productions, transmissions over the internet, public and private online services authorized by ARCA, sales and other commercial projects and the like), whether or not currently in existence, all images, sounds and data (including but not limited to in-car audio, in-car video, in-car radio, other electronic transmissions between cars and crews, and timing and scoring information) arising from or during any ARCA event and ARCA is the sole owner of any and all copyrights, and proprietary rights worldwide in and to these works, and in and to any other works, copyrightable or otherwise created from the images, sounds and data arising from or during any ARCA event. Non-compliance in any manner will result in fine.

• No overnight parking, however, motor coaches allowed in infield during test days. • Garage/pit area proper attire rules for active participants apply at test: No shorts, no short skirts, no open-toe shoes, no bare midriff, and no sleeveless shirts. • Car at minimum must have legible numbers on both doors. • Car must display: ARCA bar, ARCA Menards Series, logos; General Tire logo on the back of the spoiler, over the front tires and on front fender/nose; Menards logo on front fenders, front of the rear spoiler and windshield. • General Tire will be on site to service team needs. • Sunoco Unleaded 260 GTX will be available for purchase at the track. • For restrictor plate needs, contact Cometic, 440-354-0777. • For ACCEL/Holley needs, contact Graham Fordyce 775-250-5740. • Racing Electronics, Holley, and JRI Shocks representatives will be on hand to service team needs.

ALL SAFETY EQUIPMENT MUST BE INSPECTED PRIOR TO GOING ON TRACK

OPTIONAL INSPECTION AVAILABILITY • Fuel cell inspection • Weights/heights

ON TRACK PROCEDURES: • All cars to be ARCA legal (all heights, springs, restrictor plate, etc.) for on-track activity. • Teams using any non-compliant parts at any time, crew chief will be held responsible and the car owner will be fined at minimum $1000 and have equipment confiscated and time disallowed. • Obey traffic flow in the garage and on pit road. • Stay on apron through turn 2 (minimum) when entering race track. • Limit number of laps to ten per session (non-drafting). • MUST HAVE SPOTTER ON TOP OF CONTROL TOWER, FUNCTIONING RACE SAFE SYSTEM AND TWO- WAY RADIO COMMUNICATION WHENEVER RACE CAR IS ON TRACK. • Return all transponders and remove all tape and clean garage area before leaving track.
