Cytof® Reported Antibodies

CyTOF® Reported Antibodies CyTOF®, single-cell mass cytometry, uses transition element isotopes as chelated antibody tags in atomic mass spectrometric analysis of single cells. Due to the lack of spectral overlap, CyTOF can simultaneously measure over 40 different antigens.

Ready-to-conjugate antibodies eBioscience offers an expansive line of Purified and Functional Grade antibodies optimally formatted to conjugate with MaxPar® Metal Labeling Kits. Most of the commercial and academic CyTOF reported antibodies are available from eBioscience in these conjugation-ready formats. eVolveTM conjugated antibodies eVolve antibody conjugates contain semiconductor material cores made up of cadmium which enable their detection with CyTOF®. The cadmium signal for both eVolve™ 605 and eVolve™ 655 are distributed across the natural abundance of cadmium isotopes; therefore, one can use either but cannot multiplex both eVolve conjugates with CyTOF.
