A small number of miscellaneous historical photos of some campus buildings from the early 20th century, of students engaged in academic, sports, and social activities. Scope & Content Note: This series contains alphabetical files of photographs from 1989-2001. The archived files range from the letter A through the letter U. The sequence of archived files reflects the irregular alphabetical order of the original donated materials, which, in addition, did not include files from the letters G through Q. The materials include photographs from major annual and special events, selected groups of people, and various campus structures and programs.

Folder 1 – Duck Photos, Dormitories Nineteen candid photos from a ceremony depicting the hatching of the duck mascot, and two folders of photos marked New Dorm and Parking Charter Day (including three negatives, three slides and one transparency) that also include photos of a groundbreaking ceremony and photos taken during construction.

Folder 2 – DeBaun Auditorium Numerous unlabeled photos taken during the dedication ceremony, including candid shots of speakers and performers as well as a few unlabeled photos taken during the renovation.

Folder 3 – DeBaun Winery Five formal photos of Chateau deBaun wine bottles, a set of paper labels from various Chateau deBaun wines, and a printed description of the commemorative limited bottling of one of the wines (a 1993 Chardonnay) in honor of the Institute’s 125th anniversary. Chateau deBaun was established in 1985 by Kenneth (1949) and Grace deBaun in Sonoma County, California.

Folder 4 – Rediscovery Weekend Two copies of a folder labeled Rediscover Stevens, July 4, 1992 and containing two photos, one photo of a steeple being installed, and undated glossies (including some negatives) of architectural drawings of Edwin A. Stevens Hall reconstruction plans, of the proposed Burchard/Chem. parking garage, of the proposed south campus development, and a partial map of the campus.
