Discussed at len6h and tloted, !7128.4 Clerk advised Council of new guidance issued by NALC for electronic banking. t7/28.5 Discussion took place of Kirk Hammerton PC invitation to form a committee in readiness for the HBC Local Plan decisions. Council agree to a committee in principle. Action: Clerk to confirm Terms of Reference would be adopted for this committee and administration would be carried out by their Clerk.

1u29 COUNW & DTSTRTCT COUNCTLTORS REPORTS Cllr. Myatt reported to council details of two new applications for new settlements. Station 30(X) houses, shop and a school. De'tghton Grange 1000 houses. Cllr. Myatt had attended the Planning Committ€€ m€etin€, with Cllr. Waller and confinned whilst sympathetic, the committee had passed the application. The HBC budget had been passed unanimously with a 1.99% raise in Council Tax. The HBC Parish Grass Cutting Grant decision had been reversed and would now be in place for the 201718 financial year. Cllr. Myatt was still representing several residents regarding the Suttle Transport Activity at the Airfield. Cllr. Savage, Not present.

Considering other contractors as the present contractor's charges are very high. May Fair going ahead on 6th May. Path at the side of the hall needs attention. Gardner to take a look. Discussion took place regarding the hire of the hall and the Beer Festival on 12th May,
