1. Welcome, introductions and apologies 7.00pm

2. Notes of last meeting 7.05pm Action points from the previous meeting will be reviewed.

3. The Saints Trails - to

The project team will provide an update from the recent public consultation events. Feedback from the sessions will be taken forward as planning permission and other statutory approvals are 7.10pm sought later this year. The works on building the trails, which will make use of forestry tracks, old railway track beds, bridges and disused paths and will connect to existing routes, could potentially start in 2020.

4. Community Led Affordable Housing

Noreen Jefferies, Rural Housing Enabler, will present on the topic of a Community-led Housing approach to increasing the level of 7.50pm affordable homes, typically in small rural settlements with unmet housing need. Noreen’s presentation includes information on sources of funding as well as the practicalities of how schemes might be delivered.

5. Round 2 Highways Scheme Prioritisation

8.15pm To review the costed expressions of interest for Round Two and resolve to progress.

6. Councillor Update

An opportunity for Cornwall Councillors to update the panel regarding issues relevant to the whole (or a significant part) of the 8.30pm CNA e.g. to highlight issues raised in full Council, Overview and Scrutiny, etc. Anyone wishing to raise items is encouraged to advise the CLO in advance of the meeting.

7. Town & Parish Council update

The chance for Town and Parish Council representatives, to raise 8.40pm issues of wider relevance to the CNA. Councils wishing to raise issues are encouraged to advise the CLO in advance.
