UHD Multiband

The UDT-02 is the new multiband and multifunction transmitter developed by SVP Broadcast Microwave. The features of this equipment, achievable only by SVP, makes this transmitter the most advanced that exist in the market today.

It features HEVC, H.264 and Mpeg-2 encoding for 12G, high definition (HD) and standard definition (SD) signals with ultra-low latency. HEVC allows the same video quality, reducing file sizes by up to 50% compared to its predecessor, the H.264.

Among the improvements of this new transmitter is the ability to transmit one 4K UHD signal with HDR at 10-bit 4:2:2 quality or 4 simultaneous 1080p50/59HD. User data or GPS data can be transmitted over the data channel.

The ASI output enables the user to use the transmitter as a standalone encoder. FEATURES

The UDT-02 transmitter performs DVB-T2 and DVB-T modulations. DVB-T enables - Ultra Wide RF: 1 GHz to 8 GHz compatibility with nearly all types of receivers. DVB-T2 modulation outperforms - DVB-T2 modulation DVB-T modulation and offers a much higher data rate, which offers a higher signal - Low Latency (60ms ‘glass to glass’) for live quality and a much more robust signal than DVB-T, achieving longer and more applications complex links. - Transmission of true 4K UHD signals with HDR This device has an exceptional RF performance with the highest available. at 10-bit 4:2:2 quality -Transmission of 4xsimultaneous 1080p50/59HD Control, operation and monitoring of the UDT-02 transmitter is very friendly.
