Patient Experience Disparities Consultant –Suburban Hospital, Bethesda, MD, USA 2015-Ongoing Conduct interviews and observations of hip and knee replacement patients and their care to identify systematic differences in the care experience and satisfaction of Johns Hopkins surgery patients and Kaiser Permanente surgery patients at the Suburban Hospital. While cared for in the same beds, HCAHPS scores suggest KP patients are significantly more satisfied with their experience than JH patients. TASK: After performing field work in Suburban Hospital, produce actionable reports and program-redesign recommendations for Suburban Hospital CNO.
