Outlook 2013 Start by clicking the Calendar menu at the bottom Then select the Open Calendar menu at the top and select From Internet…

Paste in the calendar URL for the Brophy calendar you want to add.

You will then see a screen confirming you want to add this calendar. If you want to change the name of the calendar click the Advanced button, otherwise click Yes. The new calendar will now appear in your list of calendars on the left menu.

Click on your regular “Calendar” link in Outlook to view your default calendar. This new calendar should now be available in addition to your default calendar and can be viewed as an overlay to your default calendar or side-by-side. Apple iCal Instructions To subscribe to an iCalendar feed using Apple’s Calendar program:

1. Open the Calendar program (in Applications) 2. From the File menu select New Calendar Subscription 3. Type or paste one of the two feed URLs above into Calendar URL field then click Subscribe

4. Change the name and color (optional), change the Location to On My Mac (important!), and update the Auto-refresh frequency to Every (important!), then click OK

Google Calendar Instructions To subscribe to an iCalendar feed using Google Calendar: 1. In your Google Calendar browser window, in the left column, click on the little arrow beside Other Calendars, and click the Add by URL link.

2. Enter the feed URL in the dialog box then click Add Calendar. The new calendar will appear in the list of calendars down the left side.

Add calendar subscriptions to your iPhone or iPad Follow these steps to subscribe to a Google calendar.

Option 1: The easiest way to subscribe to a public calendar (like ours) is to copy and paste the calendar’s ical address into a new email message and send it to yourself. Then when you open the email in the Mail app, click the link. Your iPad or iPhone should ask if you want to subscribe to the calendar. Accept and you’re all set.

If this option doesn’t work for you, try the next option.

Option 2: How to add calendar subscriptions to your iPhone or iPad

1. Launch the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad. 2. Tap on Mail, Contacts, Calendars. 3. Tap on Add Account… under the Mail section. 4. Tap on Other. 5. Tap on Add Subscribed Calendar under the Other section. 6. Enter or copy in the server location of the calendar. This is typically a web address that ends in .ics. 7. Enter any username, password, or SSL info you need to. Most you don’t have to with public subscriptions. When you are finished, tap on the Donebutton in the upper right hand corner. 8. That’s it, the subscribed Calendar will now show up in the Calendar app.

Add a public Google calendar to your Android device Subscribing to a Google calendar on Android is actually a two-step process. You must first subscribe to the calendar using the web version of Google Calendar (see instructions above) and then add it to your Android device.

After subscribing above, you need to open your calendar app on your Android device and ensure that it is logged into the same account you used to subscribe above. Then you should be able to list the available calendars to display and select the new calendar. You are able to select/deselect displaying the Brophy calendars when you want, so you do not need to display the Brophy calendars all the time.

The free Google Calendar app will automatically sync with your subscribed Google calendars.
