Village Hall – Out with the Old…

Thanks to the generosity of many local people and the dedication of the Village Hall Committee, a new Village Hall for Bottesford is now under construction.

The old hall had served the Parish for well over 50 years but it was in desper- ate need of replacement to bring it in line with current building requirements. The hall was razed to the ground during January and now the main structure is starting to take shape and is on track for completion in July, with a grand opening planned for August 2003.

All the groups who used the old hall for their regular meetings have been found “safe homes” during the months of SUSTRANS building work.
