PRODUCTS TO ROLL OUT IN STORES BEGINNING Q4 2008

New York, NY and Perth, Western Australia (January 14, 2008) – Classic Media, an Entertainment Rights group company (LSE: ERT), and Brainytoys Limited (ASX Code: BRT) today announced that the companies have inked a deal naming Brainytoys the Master Toy Licensee for the perennial children’s brand Little Golden Books. With more than two billion copies in print, the little books with iconic gold spines have been a part of happy childhood memories for more than 65 years, introducing generations of children to the world of reading.

Through this agreement, Brainytoys will launch a wide assortment of products in key categories ranging from electronic toys and vehicles to figurines, plush, and activity playsets. The new line will hit shelves in territories including the United States, Australia, New Zealand, the and the beginning fourth quarter 2008.
