PETITIONS 14(1) A petition to the Assembly may be presented by a Member at any time during the sitting of the Assembly by filing the same with the Clerk of the Assembly. 14(6) Petitions may be either written or printed; provided always that when there are 3 or more petitioners, the signatures of at least 3 petitioners shall be subscribed on the sheet containing the prayer of the petition. 14(9) No petition can be received which prays for any expenditure, grant or charge on the public revenue, whether payable out of the Consolidated Fund or out of moneys to be provided by the Assembly. NOTE: A form of Petition can be obtained on application to the Clerk of the Legislative Assembly.
