Our council’s annual meeting will begin at 9 a.m. to elect council board members and vote on any by-law changes.

Sessions will start at 10:30 a.m. with the Volunteer Awards Banquet concluding at 5 p.m.

Specially priced hotel rooms will be available.

COST: $10 per person. Each attendee will receive a $10 Trefoil Trunk shop voucher at check-in to use at the event or in-store at a later date. You must attend in order to recieve your voucher.
