Learning Landscape Symposium ‘From Apathy to Empathy – Reconnecting People and Place’

Place-based learning encourages the use of the local environment as a learning resource.

National Heritage Week Photography Competition 2012

This year National Heritage Week is focusing on Built Heritage and we’d like you to do the same. To be in with a chance to win some great prizes all you need to do is submit an image(s) that you think captures a message or aspect about our built heritage and provide a brief caption with h Tower your photo. Glendaloug We are looking for creative interpretations of Irelands built heritage. This could be a picture of the interior or exterior of your favourite building, monument or ruin (historic or SNAP, contemporary), a feature that captures your imagination SEND Dandelions on sill (a window, door, handle, column, stairway, roof etc), an interesting streetscape, a group of buildings or examples & WIN of where built heritage meets natural heritage.
