Our Deluge 2012 Pinot Noir from Los Carneros AVA is a classic true to the . Carneros is a premium spot in the Napa and to grow Pinot Noir with its proximity to the San Pablo Bay. This wine is “tuilé,” a French term meaning the “color of tile.” This 2012 is beautifully mature and has started to take on a orange tint. The nose off ers several small red berry fl avors like raspberry, boysenberry and strawberry. This mature wine does not require too much decanting for some light and toasted characters to appear. These characters help the balance and complexity of this light to medium-bodied Pinot. In the mouth, the French oak barrel ageing reveals smooth tannins.

This wine is “tuilé,” a French term meaning the “color of tile.” This 2012 is beautifully mature and has started to take on a orange tint.
