Biographical Note

Joanne Nuckols is a South Pasadena resident and a longtime opponent of the controversial 710 Freeway extension, connecting Valley Boulevard in Alhambra to the 210 Freeway in Pasadena, as it would have cut through the city of South Pasadena.
