Bleaklow Quarry – Reserved Matters 2019
Please find enclosed a revised Reserved Matters application to satisfy condition 2 of outline permission NP/DDD/0315/0239.
In this case, the Reserved Matters are:
The layout of the proposed development (including parking and manoeuvring areas) The design and external appearance of the proposed development (including materials and external finishes) Landscaping treatment of the site including the retention of existing trees, boundary treatments and precise details of any planting schemes and surfacing materials
Submitted plans P-E201 Rev H, P-E202 Rev G and P-P102 Rev C relate to the design and external appearance of the proposed buildings.
Plan P-S002 Rev M shows the proposed layout and landscaping of the development.
The main differences from the Reserved Matters approved on 22 February 2018 are that the ridge and eaves heights of the building have been reduced to 11m and 7.5m respectively, and the building has been relocated 12m to the south west. It is proposed that the building’s roof and walls are finished in dark grey (RAL 7015). Native species understorey planting as well as tree planting to the Hassop Road boundary is still proposed.
A condition discharge application will be submitted in parallel for the re-discharge of condition 3 attached to outline permission NP/DDD/0315/0239.
