AT&T PREPAID is offering three new ways to help ease financial stress during these difficult times.

Beginning Friday, March 27, AT&T PREPAID is here to help with these offers:

· The new $15 plan for 2GB of data with unlimited talk and text will be available to new and existing customers with no activation fee.

· An automatic 10GB per month of additional data is being added temporarily to all capped phone plans for 60 days

· Customers with an Unlimited Plus plan with tethering will receive 10GB of additional tethering per month for 60 days To get started on the new $15 plan just visit www.att.com/prepaid or use the MyATT app.

And at Cricket, beginning Friday, March 27, we’re offering new ways to help customers during this tough time.

We’re launching a new limited time phone plan: · The new $15 plan comes with 2GB of data, unlimited talk and text, and will be available for a limited time. The plan is available to new and existing customers with no activation fee. We will begin adding data to capped and unlimited phone plans for a limited time: · Automatically adding 10GB of data to capped plans for new and existing customers. Fees Waived for Customers Financially Affected by COVID-19 – 3/24/2020 Cricket is committed to keeping our customers connected to family, friends, and the latest information. To help customers affected financially by the COVID-19 pandemic, we are now waiving processing fees for IVR payments and service reactivation. Customers can pay their bill by phone through Cricket’s Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system. Starting today, we are automatically waiving reactivation fees for customers.

Starting March 18: • Customers will automatically receive complimentary international calling rates from the U.S. to countries defined by the CDC as Level 3 through April 30, 2020. o Once a country is designated Level 3 by the CDC, please allow up to 72 hours for us to update our systems to make those calls free. • Waiving reactivation fees for customers through April 30, 2020.

Starting March 21:

• Customers currently on an unlimited data plan with , will automatically receive an additional 20 Gigs of mobile hotspot on their plans at no extra cost through April 30, 2020. No need to call care or update your account through boostmobile.com. o You will not see these extra Gigs added to your current Mobile Hotspot allotment. For information on how these additional Gigs will be allocated to your plan, please see the FAQ on website.

• Customers currently on a capped data plan (including WiFi Hotspot plans) with Boost Mobile, will automatically receive an additional 20 Gigs of data on their plans at no extra cost through April 30, 2020. No need to call care or update your account through boostmobile.com. If you need additional mobile hotspot check out our rate plans that include mobile hotspot. o You will not see these extra Gigs added to your current Data allotment. For information on how these additional Gigs will be allocated to your plan, please see the FAQ on website.

We’re supporting customers by: • Providing Unlimited data for 60 days to customers with metered data plans (effective 3/18) • Giving 20 GB of free mobile hotspot to customers with hotspot-capable devices (effective 3/18) • Waiving per-minute toll charges for international long-distance calls from the U.S. to CDC- defined Level 3 countries (effective 3/17)

Verizon is offering additional Mobile Hotspot data for customers to use during this time.

Yes, we are adding 15 GB of data across nearly all of our plans, to be used between 03/25/2020 and 04/30/2020. To be eligible, you must be on a qualifying postpaid (unlimited or shared), Jetpack or prepaid plan: o For Unlimited Data Plans

§ 15 GB of 4G LTE data will be added to your plan’s existing Mobile Hotspot allotment
