Day 1 - Friday The largest of the French West Indian towns blends cosmopolitan style and local colour, with its urban lifestyle, colourful markets, metal architecture and Fort-de-France charming old houses. Ship docked in port.

Day 2 - Saturday The Atlantic Ocean and the Caribbean Sea make for a fascinating contrast on this small coral island: Its wild, green northern face contrasts with the azure Barbados blue waters of the south and their specific fauna and flora. Ship docked in port.

A restorative day at sea. Choose from the range of inviting possibilities on our remarkable sailing ship. Lounge on chaise longues, cool off in one of our Day 3 - Sunday Sailing on the open sea two swimming pools, work out with a sea view in our Espace Fitness, find instant calm at the spa and enjoy the attentive company of our G.O® team and crew members.

Day 10 - Sunday The smallest of the Grenadine Islands has just one little village, surrounded by idyllic beaches with the finest sand, crystal clear waters and multicoloured Mayreau tropical fish. At anchor. Beach and water sports. Inclusive of crayfish picnic.

Day 2 - Saturday Don't miss this opportunity to discover the treasures of the island known as the "Little England" of the Antilles, starting with Farley Hill, a very popular spot Barbados / Little England with the Barbadians, and Bathsheba, a small known worldwide for its great surfing waters. You'll end the trip with a visit to the 18th century (1/2 day) * Villa Sunbury, a former planters' villa with a sumptuous interior.

Day 2 - Saturday Barbados / Remote From sugar cane fields to tropical forest via the village of Bathsheba, you'll drive over dirt tracks through the most inaccessible parts of the island and see Barbados in a 4x4 (1/2 day) the finest views of the Atlantic coast. *

Day 2 - Saturday A unique opportunity to admire the splendour of the tropical sea. Venture into this realm of silence, 50 metres down, on a high-tech submarine. Discover Barbados / Submarine (1/2 day - morning) * the coral reefs (sea fans, sponges) and fish (angel, butterfly, surgeon and boxfish, to name but a few).

Day 5 - Tuesday South of Margarita Island, visit the Laguna de la Restinga national park in a lancha - a small motorboat, that takes you round the canals. Guided through Margarita / La Restinga (1/2 day - morning) * this beautiful, protected zone by the birdsong, you'll see starfish, seahorses and little in the mangrove.

Day 7 - Thursday Delta de l'Orenoque - curiapo / Les Waraos du Delta (1/2 journée)

Day 8 - Friday Trinidad / coté ville et coté nature (1/2 journée, après- midi) *

Day 9 - Saturday At Dougaldston Estate, discover the spices that have made Grenada famous: cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg. In a historic warehouse at Gouyave, Grenada / Waterfalls and thousands of nutmegs lie on wooden racks waiting to be sent off round the world. You'll then go through the forest to Concord Falls, where you can take a nutmeg (1/2 day) * dip.

Day 9 - Saturday You'll discover St Georges - the charming capital, known as the Little San Francisco of the West Indies - in a vintage truck. You'll stop at the two forts that Grenada / Forts and beaches (1/2 day - look out over the town, and after a detour in the nearby hills, where you'll have a great view of the interior of the island, you'll have the chance to swim afternoon) * from one of Grenada's most beautiful beaches.

Day 9 - Saturday You'll start this magnificent forest walk at "Grand Etang". It'll take you through a plantation where you'll see cocoa, nutmeg and bananas, and then on to Grenada / La Capije (1/2 day - morning) * the bamboo waterfalls where you can enjoy a refreshing swim.

Day 9 - Saturday Spice Island is as rich in fragrance as it is in natural beauty. After visitng the main nutmeg cooperative at Gouyave on the west coast, we stop off at Grenada / Island tour (day) Belmont Estate, an authentic 18th century cocoa plantation, for lunch. On the way back we stop off at the Rivière Antoine distillery, founded in 1760, which * has lost nothing of its original charm.

Day 11 - Monday Flower Island presents the most beautiful show nature can offer. The Caribbean's entire bio-diversity can be seen in the Balata Gardens' unique botanical Fort de France / the Gardens of Balata (1/2 day collection.
