Elegibilidad de los atletas
Los atletas deberán haber firmado y entregado el formulario de condiciones de elegibilidad del atleta.
Todos los atletas que participan deberán estar dentro de la categoría Sub 23 (atletas nacidos entre los años 1999 al 2004). Atletas de 17 y 22 años podrán competir en los Juegos Panamericanos Junior Cali 2021.
Todos los atletas deberán tener una Licencia UCI vigente expedida por su Federación Nacional correspondiente.

Reasignación de plazas no utilizadas
En caso necesario, COPACI reasignará las plazas no utilizadas al próximo CON mejor ubicado que aún no haya clasificado a más tardar el 30 de mayo del 2021. Los CONs que han recibido plazas reasignadas deberán confirmar su participación a más tardar el 5 de junio del 2021.
Clasificación a Santiago 2023
En Ciclismo BMX, los dos (2) medallistas de oro en las pruebas individuales obtendrán la clasificación directa a los Juegos Panamericanos Santiago 2023. En 1 plaza por género (2 en total) serán las plazas que se adjudicarán en estas competencias.
Las plazas obtenidas son para los atletas no para el país. Si el atleta que obtuvo la plaza no puede participar en los Juegos Panamericanos Santiago 2023, dicha plaza se perderá y no podrá ser transferible al país ni a ningún otro atleta que haya quedado en otro lugar en los Juegos Panamericanos Junior Cali 2021.
