Agreement adds 424 convenient UniCredit locations to fast growing network

Kyiv, Ukraine (May 29, 2012) – MoneyGram (NYSE:MGI), a leading global money transfer company, announced today the addition of UniCredit Bank (Ukrsotsbank JSC), one of Ukraine’s oldest and most respected banks to its global network. MoneyGram's fast and affordable money transfer services are now available at 390 UniCreditBank's locations, with an additional 34 locations to be connected shortly. Once fully rolled out, MoneyGram's network in Ukraine will expand to more than 13,300 locations.
