Biograp y/CV of t e President - Speaker of the Walloon Parliament – Member of the CDH Party (Centre Démocrate Humaniste - Humanist Democratic Center) Mr Antoine is also Mayor of the city of Peruwelz since 2001. Before being appointed Speaker, he was Minister & Vice-President of several Walloon Governments, mainly in charge of Budget, Finance, Sports, Employment, Housing, Transports, Airports and Territorial Development. Coming from a farm family, he holds a University Degree in Law and also in European Studies.
