We strongly supported passage of HB 158 in the Guadalupe River Road Alliance 84th Legislature and are dismayed to find an error in the language Guardians of Lick Creek of SB 1366 undermined the permanence of the Sporting Goods Kendall County Well Owners Association Sales Tax funding.
