They spent the week in Virginia, training twice a day in preparation for Ihe outdoor season. On the heels of this training, they turned in a strong performance against some fine southern competition at the Hantplon College Relays. At Hampton, the 4(X)m relay team of Bob O'Shea, Frank Donalds, Tim Marshall and Wayne Scaton clocked an 1C4A qualifying time of 43.11.
