An executive board meeting was conducted prior to the monthly base meeting to explain the change to our Base Constitution and By-Laws. Change made was to delete the position of Jr. Vice Commander. This change was approved by the Executive Board and will be presented to the members present for their approval. Glenn Harris was appointed as the Election Board Chairman. 1900- Meeting called to order by Commander Steve Bell. Invocation by Chaplain Ray Fritz. Pledge of Allegiance.
