Wellness and Health Promotion- This is in the 2nd floor northside of Pat Walker Building. This department provides health promotion to inspire, motivate, and supports campus wellness and well-being with a variety of resources such as: coaching, academic sources, substance education, sexual assault, and wellness initiative.

o Wellness Center- is located at 525 N. Garland Ave. (Garland Parking Garage) At the Wellness Center you can find classrooms, meeting space, campus substance abuse prevention, recovery program, and various programs from UREC such as message therapy.

o University Recreational Facility HPER- This building is on the corner of Stadium Drive and Meadow St. First to enter the facility one has to have the Student ID or also use the UREC app should give you access to enter the facility. • Who to contact for reporting an incident? o Reporting Sexual Assault- One can contact U of A STAR Central office of Sexual Assault and Relationship Violence at (479) 575-7252. One can also contact the TITLE IX Office at (479) 575-7111. All contacts and survivor services are confidential.

o Reporting any Sexual Assault, Gender Discrimination, or Stalking- This report is forwarded to TITLE IX which will investigate the violations.
