Dear Madam/ Sir,
We are in receipt of the trailing mail dated 2nd August 2017.
In connection to your mail we would like to keep you informed about the new process that our association is undergoing as far as membership data of the association is concerned for better transparency, understanding and member’s confidence.
Baroda Cricket Association (BCA) has around 2325 members that includes, Patron, Vice Patron, Life, and Ordinary, School, Club & Institution members who are eligible to attend the Annual General Meetings of BCA as well as exercise their votes as and when required.
Lately we are under process of digitizing the complete list of members as well as have adopted a process of transferring all the members data into a Bio Metric Card full proof secured voting/ data under our Managing Committees observation through a committee specially appointed by MC and for the same, the task has been entrusted to a professional vendor appointed by MC for better transparency at the time of attending the AGM/ Voting.
There might not be many associations who would have adopted such a transparent system as far as Membership Data/ Bio Metric ID card is concerned and BCA is one of the first to do so besides launching our own Mobile App too.
Also for your kind information, we have already completed nearly 80% of the above process successfully inviting/ meeting each and every member of the 2325 members of BCA personally, taking their fresh pictures along with a full proof latest data verification in the form of one of the following - either a Driving License, Passport, Aadhar Card, Voting Card etc., for final and updated verification of personal data and address proof.
As the process is still on and we also need to take our Managing Committee's consent before proceeding any further with the updated data, we will need sometime before either uploading the list or forwarding the updated data to your good self.
In due course of time, these complete updated data of members will be, not only uploaded on the website of our association well before our next AGM but anyone from anywhere will be able to access through the BCA Mobile App, not only live scores and statistics of matches conducted by BCA and players information but also all the latest development about BCA including the association members data etc., for detailed information about BCA and absolute transparency.

Dear Members,
nd 1. By an email dated 22 February 2017, the Committee of Administrators had requested all Members to make available on their respective websites the names of their respective constituent members. The said email had also stated in the event any Member does not have a website, the same should be set up at the earliest.
2. All Members (including those who may have already complied with the above) are now requested to provide the Committee of Administrators with a list (updated) of all their respective constituent members (viz. district clubs, individuals, etc.) indicating those who have voting rights in a General Body meeting of the Member and those who do not. This list should also be put up on the respective websites of each Member and a link to the same should be provided to the Committee of Administrators.
th 3. The above should be sent by return email to [email protected] on or before 5 pm on 8 August 2017.
