Closed areas: Walking track closures south of Katoomba Some walking tracks in the Kedumba Valley and (south of Katoomba, Leura and Wentworth Falls villages) remain closed following hazard reduction operations while the fire ground is patrolled and hazardous tree assessment is conducted. Closed areas are: • Sublime Point fire trail between Leura Forest and Kedumba Pass • walking track between Sublime Point Fire Trail and the (the Mount Solitary walk must be undertaken via Kedumba Clearing – see map below)

The following previously closed walking tracks have been re-opened: • Federal Pass walking track from Golden Stairs to • Federal Pass walking track from Furber steps to Leura Forest • Dardenelles Pass • walking track • Kedumba Pass • Kedumba Clearing campground

This closure will remain in place until hazard reduction has been completed and the area is assessed as safe. Penalties apply for non-compliance .
