SONYA VAI Sonya Vai is a NYC-based comedian who's constantly asked "where are you really from?" by non-Indians. She was chosen to participate in the New York Comedy Festival, co-producing Facial Recognition Comedy, a show dedicated to showcasing female-identifying South Asian comedians. FRC was featured in the NY Times as one of the 5 shows they were most excited to see at the Festival. Prior to Covid, she performed all over NYC. Now she performs all of the world via zoom. PRITESH SHAH Pritesh Shah has quickly become a prolific actor, producer and comedian. After graduating as an accountant and quitting his "dream" job, Pritesh cut his teeth as a standup comic in Southern California, where he was mentored by Chad Coleman (The Wire, Always Sunny) and performed at clubs throughout SoCal. Pritesh has appeared on dozens of hit television shows, including GRIMM, CRIMINAL MINDS: BEYOND BORDERS, GAME OF SILENCE, recurring on the Emmy nominated SIX on the History Channel, and on the pilot of The Walking Dead: The World Beyond. PRIYA MEHTA Priya Mehta is an aspiring comedian, motivational speaker and your very own personal hype woman! She started to realize her passion for public speaking and performing over the past few years when being asked to MC weddings and give speeches. She's dabbled in stand up comedy and improv and recently moved to LA where she started her very own self empowerment podcast, Inhale Courage Exhale Fear, that is now in streaming in 20 different countries. ANISH MITRA Anish K. Mitra is an Indian-American artist and content creator; his videos have generated 500K+ views on Instagram and TikTok. He's been featured in TimeOut NY as a critic's pick for his in-person stand-up comedy production, "The Surprise Show", which allowed him to work with Jim Gaffigan, Hasan Minhaj, TJ Miller, Nikki Glaser and Ronny Chieng. Anish founded 'IPO & CHILL' in 2020 and creates content which lifts the curtain on the smoky world of Wall Street and Silicon Valley. Anish is from New York City and currently resides in Los Angeles.
