South £100m housing boost
Over the next three years The Gateshead Housing Company will spend £100 million on making improvements to thousands of homes. Properties requiring most work will still be done first, however some estates have been moved to 2011/2012. The company and its partners will make every effort to complete all works by the end of 2011. West Decent Homes programme
