Snow conditions: Thanks to the altitude of the area and the weather influence from the south, the Monte Rosa massif experience heavy snowfall all winter long. From December to mid-March you can find here mostly powder snow conditions. Till early March we can still ski in mostly perfect condtion. Maximize your Heli-Skiing time with our small groups: Small groups mean shorter waiting times between runs, so you can make the most of your time on the mountain. By using smaller, more agile helicopters, you can explore further and deeper into our majestic playground. We work with a maximum of 4 participants per mountain guide. Zermatt Tour Heliski Day Gressoney Monte Rosa - 2021

Itinerary: Metting point is 8:00am in our office in Staffal or by appointment. Welcome meeting, material check and presentation of the daily program. By helicopter we will reach, depending on the conditions, our starting point at Lys Glaicer, Colle Vera or Felik Glaicer. We will follow the Grenz-, Schwarz- or Zwillingsglacier depending on conditions down to Zermatt/Furi. Using the Klein Matterhorn cable car we will reach the summit of Klein Matterhorn. From there we will ski down the Val di Vera or Cime Bianche to Champoluc. By lifts from Frachey/Champoluc and a last run down from Colle Bettaforca we will reach Gressoeny. We are back in Staffal arround 4:00-4:30pm. Additional helicopter flights in a group of 4 participants: Euro 200,00 per person and flight on glacier flights Euro 165,00 per person and flight on flight to Bettolina, Sella, Testa Grigia (per flight and person - flight tax included- flight in a group of 4 participants. Flight prices increase with a smaller group). The vertical drops depending on the landing place lie between 1000vm and 2400vm.

Requirements: You will need to be able to go off-piste, and fit enough to cope skiing off-piste up to 6000 vertical meters a day. For group bookings, we can adjust to the individual skiing skills and group level.

Additional costs: Additional helicopter flights, additional flight taxes (10,00€ per person and flight), ski pass if necessary, rental equipment not included, lunch, drinks, and all other services are not included.
