For me, photography is one of the visual mediums to com- municate a story, an idea or a thought. Without a story or a reason, any kind of photography is lifeless. So to make any photograph attractive, noticeable or sellable, you have to bring a reason to it. Personally, it is my hobby and profession both, so I enjoy doing it as it gives me creative satisfaction. We can undoubtedly say that we are the ones who made food photography a mainstream genre in Jaipur. Before us, food photography did exist but was never considered a very desirable genre among photographers. Through my workshops and internships, I have tried to train people to add stories or rather life in their photographs instead of clicking blind pictures. My interns are now successfully doing photography both professionally and on a personal level and seeing them satisﬁ ed makes me happy too. For me, every day is a photography festival. The moment I click a good picture, the moment I upload something on social media and the moment people start responding to my posts, it’s like a celebration.
