Profile

In addition to my work as the Director of the PreK-4 Leading Teacher Program at , I have also worked in the past as an educational consultant for several early childhood programs in Erie, . My areas of expertise include: supervision, financial management, early childhood curriculum and program development, staff development, literacy development, character education, spiritual development during the early childhood years, family/school community relations and curriculum in the content areas. I have spent fifteen years in Pre-K classrooms working with diverse populations as well as experience in supervising pre-service teachers in school and early childhood settings in the Erie and Pittsburgh areas for twenty years.

Title: Program Director, Early Childhood/PreK-4 Leading Teacher Program (undergraduate and graduate)- responsible for the development and coordination of PreK-4curriculum, hiring and supervision of adjunct faculty, chair of search committee for 3 fulltime PreK-4 faculty, managing budget, accreditation coordinator, grant- primary investigator.
