 Delaware Family Policy Council Education Fund is pleased to present the 2010 Values Voter Guide. DFPC 10 11 12 13 14 Education Fund is a statewide non-profit organization. Our mission is to Strengthen Delaware families by building an alliance throughout our State and educating citizens on the issues that impact families. We are a family values organization that works to equip likeminded people to make a difference.
