The University of Arizona Poetry Center Native Voices Symposium June 14 – June 16, 2007

The American Indian Language Development Institute (AILDI) in collaboration with the University of Arizona Poetry Center will feature renowned poets, workshops on writing poetry with an emphasis on writing in the Native language, story-telling, book-making, curriculum development for Native in the classroom and much more. A Poetry Symposium, Native Voices, will be an added special event where you will hear, meet and work with renowned Native American poets.
