CHIEF MASTER SERGEANT WENDY M. BLEVINS

Chief Master Sergeant Wendy M. Blevins is the Superintendent, Aircraft Maintenance, Directorate of Logistics, HQ AFRC, , Ga. She currently serves as the Senior Enlisted Reserve Maintenance Advisor to the Chief, Maintenance Division. Chief Blevins manages logistics issues and aircraft maintenance for 16 major weapon systems, 380 aircraft, 16,000 reservists and civilians gained by active duty major commands for Air Force Expeditionary Force, peacetime, contingency, and wartime support. She provides advice, technical guidance, and interpretation to branch, division, directorate level managers, staffs, and unit level managers.

A native of South Pittsburg, TN, Chief Blevins enlisted in the Air Force in September 1992. She served eight years on active duty and gained broad experience in aircraft maintenance to include avionics, aircraft scheduling and engine management. She separated from active duty in November 2000 and joined the 94th Maintenance , , GA as an Air Reserve Technician. In 2004 she was assigned to the 94th MXG Quality Assurance office where she served as the Chief Inspector. In 2007, she accepted a position at 22AF, Dobbins Air Reserve Base, GA. From 2011 until assuming her current position, Chief Blevins served as a maintenance inspector for the HQ AFRC A4 Logistics Compliance Assessment Program (LCAP) team and was a key member in the HQ A4 transition from LCAP to AFIS. She assumed her present position in February 2015.
