NEWS & UPDATES 1. The construction of communal shelters has been completed in 4 of 7 planned VDCs (, , , ) providing space of 36 units. Construction is at final stages in remaining 3 VDCs which is expected to host 92 units. 2. SCI has already taken approval from NRA to build 350 houses in Dangsingh , and VDCs of Nuwakot. World Renew also recieved a nod to: build models for village development and sustainable earthquake-resistant shelter project in Mankamana VDC (wards: 4, 6 and 7). 3. NSET has signed tripartite agreement with NRA and CLPIU for implementation of Baliyo Ghar Program in one municipality and 9 VDCs of to provide technical support during housing reconstruction.
