1. Preheat the oven at 150 degree for 10 min. Line the trays with butter paper. 2. Combine all the dry ingredients (maida, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt) 3. Combine the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. 4. Mix everything together properly to remove lumps. 5. Bake for 35 min. or until the skewer comes out clean.

1. Preheat the oven at 150 degrees for 10 minutes. 2. Mix the dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, salt) and keep aside. 3. In a bowl, cream the butter and sugar together until pale and fluffy.

2. Molten Lava Cake Dark chocolate 135 gms 1 Butter /2 cup Powdered sugar 100 gms Whole egg 2 Egg yolk 2 1 Vanilla essence /2 tsp Maida 6 tbsps

1. Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 150 degree. 2. Firstly, melt the chocolate and butter and keep it aside to cool. 3. Lightly whisk all the eggs and yolk and add the sugar and vanillaBOOKS essence and mix it well to get a pale colour. 4. Finally add the chocolate mixture into the butter and whiskDC well. 5. Lastly add the flour and fold until all the lumps are broken. 6. Keep in the refrigerator for 15 min covered with a cling wrap or else a thick layer will be formed at the top. 7. After the 15 minutes pour them into deep ramekins using icecream scoop.

11. Healthy Lemon Muffins

1 1 /2 + /4 cup of maida 1 1 /2 + /4 cup of atta 1 1 /2 + /4 cup of sugar A pinch of salt 1 tbsp of chia seeds 1 tsp of lemon zest 1 tsp of baking powder 1 /3 cup of vegetable oil 1 /2 cup of milk 1 egg BOOKS 1 tsp of vanilla essence 2 tbsp of lemon juice A handful of DCblueberries

1. Preheat the oven to 150 degree for 10 min. Line the muffin trays. 2. In a large bowl mix maida, atta, baking powder, Salt, sugar, lemon zest and chai seeds and keep aside.

4. Mix in the milk and again beat. 5. Mix in the dry ingredients slowly. 6. Finally fold in the gulkand. 7. Bake for 25 minutes or until the skewer comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.

1. Preheat the oven at 150 degree for 10 minutes. Line the tray with cupcake liners. 2. Cut the dried lavender buds into small pieces. 3. Seive the maida, baking powder, lavender and salt. Set aside.
