We hope that our 2021 brochure finds you well, and looking forward to some much needed holiday time. 2020 proved to be something none of us could have predicted, and it was with great regret that we had to cancel all but one of our tours, but our aim is to re-start our tours in February of 2021. We are also proud to say that we were able to promptly refund every penny of deposits, tour balances and insurance premiums paid for the tours that we did not run, with not a single pen- ny of administration charges.

Passenger safety is our number one priority, and we will only re-start our tours if it is safe to do so, and if we can meet the relevant social distancing rules in place at the time of the tour, while ensuring that the

Where possible we have re-arranged the tours that were cancelled in 2020 to form the basis of our 2021 itinerary. As a thank you to our loyal customers who have been unable to travel with us in 2020 we will give priority booking on re-arranged tours to those that had booked the equivalent tours in 2020.

Even if you have already told us that you are planning to re-book for 2021 please make sure that you give us a call within 7 days of receiv- ing your brochure, to confirm that you still wish to travel, as the dates of the 2021 tours may differ from the original tours.

After this time we will be happy to accept any additional bookings.

While our aim is to run each tour as advertised, there may have to be changes to the tour program or the attractions visited, as some may open with restrictions in place and some may not open at all. In all such cases we will look to schedule a replacement excursion or visit of equivalent value.

This year we will be using the Travel Regulation Insolvency Protec- tion scheme, in order that all bookings with Lesmon Travel are finan- cially protected by the compliance of Lesmon Travel with “The Pack- age Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018”.
