Patty Murray’s views are dangerously naïve.

Patty Murray has long been regarded as a friend to the pacifist wing of the Democratic party. One of her top supporters is the Council For A Livable World, with over $58,000 in donations.1

In more stable times, this might be just fine. But with dangerous enemies around the world – including an Iran racing to acquire nuclear weapons – Patty Murray has repeatedly revealed a lack of understanding regarding the nature of the threat we face.

A troubling example occured when Murray compared the efforts of Osama Bin Laden to America’s efforts in the Middle East. Speaking to a group of high school students, Murray lauded Bin Laden, claiming he had “helped pay for schools, roads, and even day care centers. ... We haven’t done that. How would they look at us today if we had been there helping them with some of that rather than just being the people who are going to bomb in Iraq and go to Afghanistan?”2

Patty Murray is a decent lady and she means well. But her views on foreign policy are childishly naïve and make the world a more dangerous place for israel and america.

Senator Patty Murray is Staunchly Pro-Israel. That’s one of the many reasons why these Washington Jewish community leaders proudly support her: David Frockt State Rep. Roger Goodman Lucy Pruzan Rebecca Steinfeld State Sen. Randy Gordon Former State Rep. Ken Alhadeff State Rep. Sam Hunt Laura Ruderman Steven Alter Beverly Isenson Corey Salka State Rep.
