To enable progress, support in principle from all landowners is necessary. To date not all landowners have been approached, however the Principal Rights of Way Officer will shortly be making contact with various parties with a view to obtaining their support. Assuming support is given and funding is available, the scheme can proceed to a feasibility / design stage – it will be important at this time to liaise with the Highways Agency regarding its on-going considerations for the A27 / A259 roundabout. 3 Dec Petition for Democratic The petition was acknowledged on 4 2013, school safety Services December 2014 and added to the minute 61 zone by Officer petitions log. Boxgrove CE Primary School Principal A meeting took place between the Community school, Parish Council, local Member and Officer Officers on 21 January 2014. A written response will be provided and published on the petitions page of the County Council website. 3 Dec Deferred Democratic Governor Services were contacted on 4 2013, Governor Services December 2013 regarding the reasons minute 61 application Officer for the deferral. Further information was requested from the applicant and the local Member has been informed. .
