1) Care must be taken to avoid contamination with iron, PROTOCOL which may have been present on the slides or staining dish. 2) It is recommended that glassware be prepared by A. Peripheral Blood and Bone Marrow Films. soaking in 2-3 mol/l Hydrochloric acid, rinse in distilled water and store in 95% IMS.
