Chris Cardona is a choir director, accompanist, and full-time music teacher residing in Memphis, TN. He is a seasoned worship leader and a contemporary Christian songwriter and artist. Although his first instrument was violin (for 8 years), his main instruments are piano and guitar. Chris has written and produced several music , one of which, “A Heart with Keys” is available on iTunes. He is an active composer and a few of his choral works have been performed by the Memphis Men and Women’s Chorale. Chris holds a degree in Music Education from the University of Memphis. He is married with 3 children, and enjoys playing racquetball and practicing Kung Fu.

Anthony D. Pound is the Artistic Director at Monsterpiece Theater Collective. In addition Anthony has directed and performed regionally in 30+ productions. Anthony is also the Associate Director of Education - Youth Engagement at the New Victory Theater and was recently honored with the National Arts and Humanities Youth Program Award from the White House and awarded a National Afterschool Matters Fellowship with National Institute of Out of School Time at Wellesley College. Anthony is originally from Memphis, TN and is married to the amazing Kandace Black-Pound.

Missy Shackelford (Sync Specialist, Early Talent Development, and Song Coach) Spending a lifetime in the music industry in various capacities, Missy has spent the last ten years developing talent and placing music on sync projects for HBO, BRAVO, NBC, National Ad campaigns among others. As an advocate for songwriters and young hopeful artists, she assists in cultivating an artist in the early stages of their careers from song coaching, branding, packaging and launching to placing their music on projects and introducing them to the industry. Her passion for supporting young music creators and expansive knowledge of the music industry has made her a prominent resource for artists on many levels of their careers and has enabled many opportunities that landed deals with IMG, Sony, Disney, National and International touring among others.

Aria Stiles is a graduate of with a bachelor's in Commercial Violin Music. Originally from Minnesota, Aria has pursued her career in for the last 6 years, as a utility musician, doing recording sessions and private gigs. Currently, she is employed by and tours year round with Pam Tillis and . During her school years, she was concert mistress of the Belmont University Orchestra, backed up and Michael W. Smith in the schools President's Concert, and was the player of the Bluegrass ensemble for 3 years. Aria's biggest aspirations are to record Disney soundtracks and to always be inspired.

Anslee Palmer began her dance training at the Duluth School of Ballet in Atlanta, Georgia and later moved to Birmingham, Alabama where she trained with Alabama Ballet, Birmingham Ballet, and Encore Performance Company. During her time in high school, she taught and choreographed in the Birmingham Area. She then attended Auburn University where she was a member of the Auburn University Marching Band Tiger Eyes Danceline. Ms. Palmer has also had the opportunity to work professionally for various nationally recognized dance corporations in New York, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas furthering her administrative and choreographic work experience. She obtained her Bachelor of Science from Auburn University in Interdisciplinary Studies focusing in business, dance and human development and family studies. Anslee is the Competition Director at Variations Dance Studio in Auburn, AL where she has the privilege of cultivating wonderful opportunities for her students to enrich their artistic development. She aims to continue on the path of teaching and choreographing for those younger than her, to empower them to find what they love and to help them see where the Lord leads them.
