Behind the Scene Tour At our Wastewater Treatment Plant - Free Wastewater Treatment Plant, Palmerston North Here, you'll be able to get a first-hand look at where your wastewater goes once you flush, turn off the tap, or remove the plug. As the treatment plant will be operating during the tours, health and safety is a top priority. Everyone taking part in a tour must be over 10 years old. Everyone must also wear flat closed-in shoes.
