APPLICATION Sedum cuttings are the most economical method for planting vegetation on a green roof. DIAlbum is a mix of six or more sedum species. Green roofs tend toward extreme conditions, each species has been selected to tolerate different rooftop microclimates. Sedum cuttings are typically used on large extensive type green roofs, and can be used alone or in combination with plugs and/or seeds.

SPECIFICATION Bulk Sedum cuttings offer the green roof installer the most ecological and economical method of planting. However the bulk Sedum cuttings planting method presents limited opportunities for creative design in the installation process, they are inexpensive to buy, makes the highest diversity possible, easy to convey onto the roof, and quick to plant. The biggest advantage is the wide range of possible mixes to create, even in different planting rates measured by pounds-per-thousand square feet, and range from a very low rate of 25 lbs./1,000 sf, up to a high of 250 lbs./1,000 sf.
