World Refrigeration Day Technical Talk “Zero-ODP, Low-GWP Technology Options for Refrigerants”

Industry trade associations and professional bodies from across the globe have come together to establish June 26 as World Refrigeration Day, which will be celebrated the world over as an annual event.

It is intended that World Refrigeration Day will serve as a means of raising awareness and understanding to the general public ooff the significant role that the refrigeration, air conditioning and heat pumps industryindustry and technology play in modern life and society.

To commemorate this special day, ASHRAE Si ngapore Chapter organize a technical talk on the refrigerant.

Zero-ODP, Low-GWP Technology Options for Refrigerants

Vapor compression system will remain the primary tetechnologychnology in refrigerationrefrigeration and air -conditioning. Pairing systems and technologies with the most suitable refrigerant is a decision ththatat will impact users for years to come. This technical talk will addres s the environmental concern related refrigerant , current industry low GWPs offerings and adoptions of low GWPs technology at various application.
