SUPPLEMENTAL BID BULLETIN ADDENDUM NO. 1

This Supplemental Bulletin/Addendum No. 1 is issued to modify or amend hereunder items in the Bidding Documents for the Procurement of Milling Services in NFA Southern Tagalog Region for the First Semester of 2020 with Project Reference No. RO4-GOODS-2020-02, posted at the PhilGEPS and NFA Website on January 10, 2020, as follows:

1. In the Invitation to Bid (IB), the amount of the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) and the corresponding number of lots of the project shall be corrected as follows:

The NATIONAL FOOD AUTHORITY (NFA), Southern Tagalog Regional Office, through the NFA Corporate Operating Budget for 2020, intends to apply the sum of TWENTY EIGHT MILLION TWO HUNDRED TWENTY FOUR THOUSAND PESOS (P28,224,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contracts for twenty one (21) lots, equivalent to the corresponding amounts in Payment-in-Kind (PIK) Scheme under the contracts for the Procurement of Milling Services in NFA Southern Tagalog Region for the 1st Semester of 2020, with Project Reference No. RO4-GOODS-2020-02.

The NATIONAL FOOD AUTHORITY (NFA), Southern Tagalog Regional Office, through the NFA Corporate Operating Budget for 2020, intends to apply the sum of THIRTY MILLION TWO HUNDRED FORTY THOUSAND PESOS (P30,240,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contracts for eighteen (18) lots, equivalent to the corresponding amounts in Payment-in-Kind (PIK) Scheme under the contracts for the Procurement of Milling Services in NFA Southern Tagalog Region for the 1st Semester of 2020, with Project Reference No. RO4- GOODS-2020-02.

2. In the IB, the number of lots, volume for milling, estimated recovery at 63% GMR and ABC per lot of NFA Laguna and NFA Oriental Mindoro shall be amended as presented in the tables below:
